    Hello @ittalentmx

Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

This type of error is usually caused by a conflict with another plugin. You may want to perform a full conflict test to rule out eventual issues with the theme or a different plugin. We recommend temporarily activating the default theme Storefront and disabling all other plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Payments to see if the behavior persists.

Here’s a guide that explains the steps in more detail: How to test for conflicts.

If this does not help you resolve the issue, we might want to take a closer look at your system report, logs and the site itself. For this, you might want to open a private engagement, so we can easier exchange such details.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

    Dear Joost,

How can I trigger the event that causes the error? It seems it is a process thas does not run daily. It sent an error today but I don’t know waht triggers it. The second time. In order to troubleshoot after deactivating all other plugins or activating one by one.

    Best regards,

    Alejandro

    Hello @ittalentmx

I do not have the information to know when this error occurs, but if it is linked to our plugin, I would expect it to occur during a stock update. I would try changing the stock number of a product and checking the logs, to see if that caused the reported error.

The error you shared indicates that library that is used by our plugin is also used by another plugin, but the library version is different. Only by being able to reproduce the error and test, can you find out how to avoid it.

    Kind regards,
    Joost
