Our client is experiencing the following error, even after reconnecting their account. This has been going on through a few versions of the plugin.

The website is https://socoeventhire.com.au/

The issue is not tied to any specific behaviour that I’m aware of. It’s not tied to administrative actions, or updates. It doesn’t happen every time that a visitor is on the site, so I can’t tie it down to one specific thing there either.

Upon reviewing the site (using the Meta Pixel Helper), we noticed that there is an issue with the Pixel setup:

Can you try sending test events (from the plugin and using the test events tool), and let us know if the events are being registered correctly?

Hi Marija,

It looks like the Meta Pixel hasn’t been set up correctly. I’m just waiting for confirmation from the clients of where that particular Meta Pixel is set up. I’ll assume at this point that the plugin is functioning as intended, and the problem with the pixel.
