    Hi,

    Hustle Popup is not working anymore, got a mail form WordPress with this content (it’s german):

    Ein Fehler vom Typ E_ERROR wurde in der Zeile 357 der Datei /var/www/web20/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-popup/inc/class-hustle-dashboard-admin.php verursacht.     Aktuelles Theme: Deep (Version 4.2.0)
    Aktuelles Plugin: Hustle (Version 7.3.6)

    The preview with Hustle in the dashboard is working well. Any idea?

    I hope you’re well today!

    Have you just installed Hustle and it started to happen right away or was it working fine in the past but started just recently e.g. after some kind of update (of Hustle or other plugins/theme) or other changes on site?

    If it’s the second case, let me know please what changes were made to the site (what updates or other changes) right before it started to happen.

    Have you tried to re-install the plugin, just in case, and also could you try re-saving current Visibility settings of your popups/slide-in (whichever modules you have created there) – that is, if you are able to access these settings – and see if that changes anything?

    Update me here, please, and we’ll see how to proceed to fix the issue then.

    Hi Adam, thx for the quick reply.

    We installed the jQuery Migrate Helper because we had a lot of troubles in WP dashboard after last WP upgrade.

    After this Hustle didn’t work anymore. Same for the newest release (7.3.6) we upgraded to afterwards.

    Any idea?

    Sorry for the delay on the reply,

    The ticket replies can take 24 hours, but shouldn’t be longer than that.

    It is possible other plugin or theme is conflicting to Hustle,

    Do you have a staging website to run a plugin conflict test?

    You can use a plugin for example: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-staging/

    Make sure to have a full backup, and follow this flow:

    Hi Patrick,

    we have a staging page already: https://relaunch.esswahres.com

    I deactivated all of the plugins except Hustle with no effect. What is interesting I think is that all of the buttons in Hustle are only black boxes, is that a hint?

    If you want to have on the settings I can create a user for this page for you? Where can I send the credentials to? Or is this thread private?

    Hi Patrick,

    I think i found the reason, but it’s not what I assumed. We only wanted to show the popup on some pages and defined that under Visibility. After removing that setting the popup worked again.

    Maybe you can check that with your dev guys because we would prefer to show the popups only on special pages in the future…
