EA Filterable gallery – multiple control items doesn’t work anymore

    Hello,
    I updated the plugin and Elementor too and something went wrong:
    – The filterable gallery didn’t show anymore on the page, so I had to re-save via elementor the page to display it
    – The images that are associated with more than 1 filter doesn’t show anymore. They show only if they have just one filter. That is very uncomfortable!

    Can you help please?

    Hi @localport,

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused. It seems like a strange issue.

    Please regenerate assets, you can go to wp-admin -> Essential Addons then, switch to the ‘Tools’ tab, and hit the ‘Regenerate Assets’ button. Check out this screenshot.

    Also, make sure to Regenerate Files from wp-admin -> Elementor -> Tools as well. Check out this screenshot.

    If the issue still persists, please try clearing your browser and server cache as well. And retry once with another browser.

    If still, you are facing any issues, please share the page URL where you are facing the issues. So that we can check and help you.

    Hi guys same issue of @localport in https://www.stenellacno.it/servizi/
    I tried to regenerate assets and files as you suggest. Cleared website cache and browser’s. I tried to check on safari and chrome, same issue.

    Any more suggestion? Please help me out!

    We have just fixed this issue in our 5.0.12 Version. So I request you to update the plugin, I hope this issue will be fixed. Please try updating your plugin and let me know how it goes.
