    Hi.

Since the last update I can’t find where to write the EAN/GTIN, nor in the product inventory section, nor in the variations. Sorry, perhaps I’m missing something.

    Thanks in advance.

  • Hi @lop74,

I understand you are having trouble with the EAN/GTIN field. The EAN/GTIN field is usually located in the Product Data → General section of each product. However, this field may be affected by other plugins that you have installed on your site.

Could you please send a screenshot of the Product data → the General section of one of your products? This will help us understand what is happening on your site.

Also, could you please tell us if you are using the Yoast plugin or any other plugin that may modify the product data fields?

Lastly, could you please provide us with a system status report from your site? You can generate this report by going to WooCommerce > Status > Get system report. This will give us more information about your site’s configuration and environment. You can find more details on how to get a system status report here: https://woo.com/document/understanding-the-woocommerce-system-status-report/

We’re waiting for your reply and looking forward to helping you further.
