Easy and effective

Saved my bacon a couple of times. It’s easy and comparatively quick. Best to run it before theme and plugin updates, and other major changes. Just now I tested a plugin for modifying the site copyright notice, and it boogered my entire footer, even after uninstalling the plugin. WPvivid backup restored everything in just a few minutes.
