Personally I use cForms and it works well with 2.7.1. You can see it here.

It’s listed as up to 2.6 but works fine on 2.7. I use it on my blog too.
I would also consider THIS GREAT CONTACT FORM PLUGIN from gree-beast blog…
It is a bit unknown, but when I searched for easy configuration , features and graphics, this was my choice …
I would second cforms. the best i have used and easily the easiest. Dagon Design Form Mailer is pretty great too. A little harder to use though.

Yes greenshady, EAsy Contact is my favorite/easiest….but cannot get it to work.
It appears to, says it submits, but I never get the test emails. I set it up correctly as far as I can tell, it is pretty fool proof.
Maybe it is an issue with the template or something. huh…..
