Cleared the browser cache.
Switched browsers.
Still getting the Invalid Archive.
Still getting Invalid Archive error. Not surprised, but I thought I’d try something.

is PHP 8.3 creating the problem? I can go back to PHP 8.2

The second error above is for a Divi theme module …
I changed back to PHP 8.2. Still get the Invalid Archive message when I try to install the plug in.

Well, the problem is resolved with no assistance from Yikes!
I updated WP from 6.4.3 to 6.5 and the form customizer .zip file now installs.
Until someone from Yikes! contacts me and explains how they convinced WordPress to update the core so a plugin will install, I’m not going to be satisfied.
Content I can now customize the form, but not happy at the lack of support/communication.

Yikes does not develop, maintain and provide support for this plugin anymore. Code Parrots took over.

Indeed. This is not your problem, and here’s why I’m here.
When I click on https://codeparrots.com/support/ to get support for Easy Form plugin, I come here.
When I click on Instruction on how to get Easy Forms for Mailchimp Premium Support I get a 404.
The contact page page says “Don’t use this page for support”.
Maybe you can ask them to update their site?
