I am having problems with the easy google maps license. Some of the features some working on our web page and I have to manually go in to reactivate the easy google maps license on the wordpress dashboard. We have a lifetime license so it shouldn’t need to be reactivated. Support from supsystic.com said: “Please check if there are any outbound request restrictions on your website, such as a firewall or security plugin that might be blocking these requests. Also, the issue could be caused by hosting-level restrictions that prevent the license check script from connecting to supsystic.com or updates.supsystic.com
We recommend contacting your hosting provider to ensure that connections to these domains are allowed.” I’ve checked with our hosting provider and they don’t see a problem. Could this problem be related to Wordfence and if so how do I fix this problem?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @roanoke1313, thanks for getting in touch.

It could be an issue related to a server firewall or similar, but you can check if there’s a false-positive block in Wordfence. We would recommend having Learning Mode on for a short period. Click around and change values (like the license) in areas of your site where this plugin is being stopped from submitting or saving data successfully. Once you’re done, remember to set the firewall back to “Enabled and Protecting”.

If you see Wordfence continuing to block something that you’ve tried during Learning Mode, visit the Live Traffic page after you see the behavior. If there is a block, check the reason after expanding the entry with the eye icon in the corner. You can filter Live Traffic by “Blocked” so it’s easier to find. You may find a specific firewall rule or Wordfence setting stated here after expanding the entry. The reason is shown in red text.

Feel free to paste that reason here if you’re unable to manually allowlist it successfully using the “ADD PARAM TO FIREWALL ALLOWLIST” button on the Live Traffic page.

If Wordfence isn’t logging any blocks in Live Traffic for this product or its IPs, the problem is likely to be elsewhere.

Let us know how you get on,
    Peter.
