Easy Visual Editor Options? (WP-Syntax)

    Hey guys,

    I am aware of the WP-Syntax Editor Integration Plugin, but it says it is only compatible up to WordPress version 2.9.2.

    When I try and display code in my posts using the HTML editor, afterwards when I switch back to the visual editor I get the following before and after…

    Before…

    <pre lang="php" line="1">
<?php

</pre>

    After…

    <pre lang="php"><!--?php
</pre--></pre>

    I’m sure this is very common, but if someone could help me resolve this I would really appreciate it!
