Hi,
It seems this issue may be related to your server or firewall settings. Could you please review your firewall configuration to ensure that access to our site is not being blocked? Sometimes certain security rules or IP restrictions can trigger a 403 error.
Could you please try accessing the page using a different network or a VPN? Clearing your browser cache might also help.
Please let us know if the issue persists so we can assist you further.
We get the same issue from different devices in different locations (it was one of our customers who alerted us to the problem, and we all found the same issue when we tried accessing it from our phones and work computers)
What’s the IP address that should be whitelisted for EchoRewards?
We’ve tested the EchoRewards tab on several WordPress websites, and it’s working correctly. We weren’t able to reproduce the issue on our end. This appears to be related to your server settings rather than the plugin itself.
A 403 Forbidden error usually indicates that something on your server is blocking access to the page. This could be due to file permissions, a security rule, or restrictions set by your hosting provider.
We recommend reviewing your server logs or contacting your host to identify what might be causing the block.
Once you’ve checked, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist further if needed.
