Excluding one Category

Hi

Firstly your plugin is great, exactly what I was needing.. apart from one small thing!

Is there a way I can exclude just one category from being included.

I have searched and search for an answer to this but have had no luck.

It would be so amazing to be ale to do this. Any ideas?
