ecommerce data feed reader

I am using a shopping cart that does not have RSS capablity. I was wondering if there is a hack or plugin, that could read an export file, such as the data feed that I provide google and present the products randomly in a module. It would be great if it could rotate 1 product randomly. It seems like something that could be easily done and would shock me if it is not done already.
