Hi @xlxdesignz,
Thanks for creating this topic and sorry for posting late.
We have had a look at onlinebandjes.nl and observed that the plugin is not active. Could you please activate the plugin and post us so that we can help you earliest.
Thanks & Regards,
Tatvic Analytics.
hmmm… similar problem as mine in previous post.
Probably the plugin is active, but @tatvic can’t see it from the front. Right @xlxdesignz ?
Hi @tatvic,
Thank you very much for your reply! No problem. Strange we had the plugin active for the last weeks.
The only thing we have tried is to turn of the “Add Global Site Tracking code ‘gtag.js’ And use Tagmanager instead without succes. We also tried to combine it with the “WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration” Also without succes.
We had also a second phone call with the implementation team from Google, he said it seems everything is right but somehow the data is not being send. I hope you can help us out here.

I also have Tracking code implemented with other plugin (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/ga-google-analytics/) and turned of the “Add Global Site Tracking code ‘gtag.js” but it was always like this. The reason is I needed to add additional code to track phone calls.
Hi @xlxdesignz,
Thanks for sharing the issue faced. Please refer to this FAQ which would answer your query regarding implementation of gtag.js
Further, We visited onlinebandjes.nl and observed that JS minification has been implemented using a cache plugin.
The JS minification blocks the loading of the plugin’s code snippet so please undo the JS minification, check for the tracking, and if the issue persists then please post us with the plugin setting screenshot and we will be happy to help.
Regards,
Tatvic.
Hi @tatvic,
Thank you for your reply and information! We will uncheck the minification and see what happens.
Regards,
Louis
I’d prefer not to disable minification. Any chance to exclude the script (using LightSpeed Cache)?
