Hi,
Can you please provide the URL of your website so that we can debug?
Regards,
Tatvic
Hey Tatvic
Yes please, my website is hosted at the url
http://www.giftsmate.net/
Thanks
Amit.
Hi,
We executed a transaction and found that the transaction hit is sent to Google Analytics properly. Here is the image for the transaction hit firing to GA.
Can you provide us more info about what you see in your GA enhanced ecommerce report? This will help us debug more into the issue.
Thanks Tatvic, since we installed this plugin we’ve had 30+ paid transactions but none of them are reported as transactions in our panel, Here is the link to the screenshot!
If you’d notice you see they are completing all the steps but on the step to pay its a dropoff and that isnt getting captured in the system.
Can you please review that bit?
Amit.
Thank you avenirlabs & alamjakir for sharing us your concern. We are working on the issue and we’ll get back to you at the earliest.
Regards,
Tatvic
Thanks Tatvic, will wait for your response do you have any idea on how long it will take before it can start working again.
Cheers
Amit.
HI Avenirlabs,
We just wanted to reach out to you and let you know that we are still working on the issue and will offer the support at the earliest.
Let us know if we can help you out with anything else
Thank you,
I prefer do not open a new one. I just have a couple of question:
– How do I know if it is well implemented?
I have Google Analyticator instaled too.
– Is that a problem? Is not necessary?

I use it with Google Analyticator, just make sure you remove the woothemes google analytics plugin.
And be sure to add the ec.js code into: Additional tracking code
( after tracker initialization )
Hi Tatvic, any updates on this buddy!
Derakkakelly how and where do you add this additional ec.js code as per the config plugin asks us to put in only the tracking ID so wherein do we put this ec.js code, I tried doing it in analytics but I guess it cant be done there!
Kindly confirm how this can be done!
Amit.
I made sure that I have not Woothemes Google Analytics plugin. Also I added this code to the Add tracking code (after tracker initializacion)
ga(‘create’, ‘UA-XXXXXXX-X’, ‘auto’);
ga(‘send’, ‘pageview’);
Thank you very much I think is working now!
Hi avenirlabs & alamjakir,
We haven’t found any cause where in the plugin would not record transactions; we executed transactions on each of the store and the network tab shows a hit being sent to Google Analytics.
avenirlabs,
The plugin considers the checkout process as a three step process and in the screenshot you shared earlier, there are four steps to checkout configured in Google Analytics. You might want to remove the fourth step “Thanks for transaction” as it marks as the completion of the transaction process.
