Hi there @theodorevr,
Thanks for reaching out. While Site Kit doesn’t have any ecommerce specific dashboards if you’d like to share the following information I’d be happy to assist with your query.
- When you mention the value remains at 0 are you referring to the total figure on the “traffic” widget or are you referring to a value for a product page on your site? Feel free to share a screenshot of the value if you wish, using a screenshot sharing service such as Jumpshare, Snippylyor Imgur.
- Can you share your Site Health information privately, so I can confirm Site Kit has inserted the Analytics snippets on your site, including your product pages?
Let me know if you have any questions with the above. Once we have the above information we can advise on your setup further, while inspecting your site.
Hi James

Hi @theodorevr,
Many thanks for sharing the additional insights. The ecommerce dashboard screenshot you kindly shared was from analytics.google.com.
If you’re looking to add ecommerce tracking features you can add your own Ecommerce Tracking if you wish, via Google Tag Manager. Site Kit only inserts a basic Google Analytics snippet that doesn’t include any ecommerce tracking features. There is, however, an open GitHub issue in relation to this, which you can subscribe to for any updates:
https://github.com/google/site-kit-wp/issues/459
Alternatively as you’re a WooCommerce user, you can implement Google Analytics via other means, choosing not to use Site Kit to insert your Google Analytics snippet (Site Kit > Settings > Connected Services > Google Analytics > Edit > Place Universal Analytics code). If you implement Google Analytics via other means, the plugin can use this manually or third party plugin placed snippet, to show you your basic Analytics data within the Site Kit dashboard. By doing so you can view your enhanced ecommerce report over at analytics.google.com while also viewing your basic Analytics data within the Site Kit dashboard.
Let me know if you need assistance with the above, or if you have any questions.
As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
