Hello:

You can remove the product field from the ticket by disabling products – just turn off the first checkbox under TICKETS->SETTINGS->PRODUCTS.

(However, if you’re using the EDD add-on for Awesome Support you need to have PRODUCTS turned on in order for it to work. Otherwise there would be nothing for the license field to apply to.)

I’m sorry but I don’t understand what you’re looking for then. I thought you wanted to remove the product field from the screen. If that’s not what you want then I need a lot more clarification on what you’re looking to do.
