Edin based theme is not responsive

I’m using an Edin-based theme and though it is meant to be responsive, I think I’ve done something that is making it not so. Here is an example of a page,

As you can see, there are 4 columns that make up the last row. On a mobile, it looks like all the 4 columns get smooched up together and it makes everything illegible.
