In the meantime, please ensure that you are using PHP version 7.4 or higher, as well as the latest versions of your plugins. Based on the issue, I recommend running a conflict test on your site to identify the exact cause of the problem.

    • Please make sure to clear all the cache from your website including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN (eg. Cloudflare) also try disabling the Cache/Optimization plugin for some time if you are using one.
    • Switch your theme to a default theme like Hello Elementor and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your issue, that means the issue is related to the theme you are using.
    • If switching to the default theme also doesn’t help, then please check if there are any conflicts between the installed plugins. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for WooCommerce, ShopEngine, and Elementor to check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue In this way you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.

    Let me know your findings after performing the conflict test. If the issue persists even after that, I will take a closer look at this issue and help you to find a solution as soon as possible. Your patience & cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.

    I hope you’re doing well. I have inspected your shop page and would like to inform you that we have an option to reduce the gap between products. Additionally, there’s no need to use a separate widget for displaying categories, as we have an option to show categories in the Advanced Search widget.     The categories in the advanced search widget do not show the number of items in the category, so I hid the category part.

    The search icon is adjusted to 70. When editing, it becomes very large after saving. It is still the same after clearing the cache.

    When the short description is turned on in the widget for archived or traded products, some have more content and some have less. Can it be set so that when the content reaches a certain length, the part with more content can be set to more or have an up and down sliding effect?
