multilingual field not saving the english tranlation

i put in the “Place Holder for English” the english text i click on “update field”
and after i click on publish on down right corner i click again on update button.
after this the english text is dissapear inside the text field label

Hello and thank you for the update. Now it’s save the translation but in my site is still not showing the translation text. Yes it’s save but it’s no showing in my site.
The “Use WPML’s Translation Editor” on Translate this Document on language is on now. I disable this (off) but nothing happen. I don’t know why.
For now I decided to write the English and green language in the same fields together only for showing in my site both languages in both languages but this is not a perfect solution.
