Probably the closest would be to use the Export All tool found on the Connections Tools admin page under the Export tab at the bottom of the page. You could then edit the phone numbers and then import the updated CSV file with the CSV Import addon to update the Entries.
The only thing that might prevent this from being a solution is if multiple of the same types were added for the repeatable fields, such as the phone number field. For example, if you added the “Work” phone type more than once per Entry, only a single “Work” type can be exported and then imported into Connections. I hope that makes sense and is not confusing!
