    Hi again 🙂

    I am not a pro user yet, but still, I have ideas that I wanted to share.
    I would to see feature that allow deleting /editing tickets and messages 🙂
    It would be very useful to filter Spam / Spell Errors / Trolls / Unfriendly message.
    With a 200 members website, it is things that occasionally happened 🙁

    I am planning to release next version with above featurs very soon.

    These features will be available in pro version.
