Edit buttons not appearing

    Hi team,

    Hope you’re well. I have a question. For some reason for my client the WordPress job manager plugin is not allowing him to see the Edit / formatting buttons when he is trying to post a new job, as you can see on the video here:

    It’s odd because for me on the same page when posting a job, I can see those buttons. He is using Google Chrome, and has cleared his cache, but still having the same problem.

    He says he can only see the buttons when he saves as a draft and then goes back in.

    Please can you suggest what might bee causing this / what we can do to fix it?

    Hi there!

    I’m also seeing the problem in Firefox and Chrome browsers. The Formatting buttons aren’t showing up initially unless I clicked the Preview button and then edit the listing again. I’m seeing some errors in the browser console.

    I’d suggest doing a plugin conflict test by deactivating other plugins except for WP Job Manager, then checking the page and the editor again to see if it’s now resolved. If it’s resolved, then try to activate your other plugins one by one while checking the issue again.

    If it doesn’t work, I suggest switching to a default WP theme like Twenty Twenty theme and checking if the formatting buttons are now showing up.
