How do you delete categories? I’m trying to edit a long list – I selected ones to delete, but can’t figure out how to take that last step.

In your dashboard, under Posts -> Categories, select the ones you wish to delete, and use the drop-down menu to bulk delete.

I’d like to add this as I think you should know: when you delete the category, the post that was in that category becomes uncategorized. It is good news b/c the post is not deleted.
