At the moment, unfortunately, there is no way to change the text of the category.

By the way, thanks a lot for your valuable feedback.
We have discussed this case with our Product Management Team and decided to add this feature in the upcoming update of the plugin.

I will surely let you know once the feature is added to the general update of the plugin.
