Is there a way to edit the checkout fields using this plugin?
A year ago it wasn’t supported, was this functionality added or not yet?

Is there a programmatic way to edit it or is it not supported?

No, you cannot edit the checkout fields using the WooCommerce Blocks plugin. If you are referring to creating cart and checkout pages using WooCommerce Blocks please check the following link:

If you are looking to edit the checkout fields, you can use the WooCommerce Checkout Field Editor extension.
