Edit Email notification

Hello,
i just started with WP.
I am creating a blog with authors who write articles and users who can comment. WP provides settings for sending notifications both to users and authors.
But the notification comes with general WP email, which is not only not very nice, but also gives the email information of the person who commented or wrote. I want the commenter or the author to bee seen by other users only with their usernames and I would like to edit the automatic email with my logo, fonts, etc.

How can I do that? Is there a way to use Mailchimp email editing to edit those automatic notification emails? Is it possible to add checkboxes on user’s profile to make them choose how and when to be notified?
