Edit General Website Settings

    Good Morning

    When I try to edit general website settings I can’t save the settings after changing because there isn’t a visible “save” button. How do you go about saving changes?

    In the changelog there was mention made about caching, “Added a note about caching plugins; organized the “Advanced Settings” page” how do we access more information about this?

    Thanks for your assistance.

    My site is gracessweetlife (dot) com and I am currently using version 7.0.3.6.

    Hi Grace,

    If you are using any caching plugins (e.g., Super Cache, W3 Total Cache, …), you should be able to empty your caches by accessing their settings screen in your WP admin. You will likely need to purge multiple caches, but it is possible this can be accomplished by a button that empties all caches at once (look for this to save some time). Also, some, but not all, web hosts cache as well for server optimization. After clearing these caches, revisit/reload the Available Apps screen and reopen the General Website Settings panel to see if a scrollbar is now visible inside the panel to allow you to scroll.

    If not, I’ll need your web browser and operating system details so that I can test for the issue in a similar environment. Thanks!
