Edit message returned when max cart quantity exceeded

Hello. Is it possible to edit the message returned when the max quantity in the cart is exceeded? Currently it states the following: THE OVERALL SUM FOR ALL PRODUCT QUANTITIES IS RESTRICTED TO # IN THIS SHOP. YOUR OVERALL QUANTITY SUM: #. PLEASE BUY LESS QUANTITY AT LEAST FOR SOME PRODUCTS.
