    Hello

    After connecting the payment gateway to my site, I received a warning that there is no payment method and I tried to coordinate the payment form with the bank gateway with short codes. The connection problem is solved and the banking portal is working properly, but no address is taken from the customer on the payment page.
    I tried to get an address from the customer with different plugins and formats and the payment gateway works correctly, but unfortunately, it is still not possible to edit the payment page and receive the address (postal code, number, etc.).

    What can I do to make both payment gateway and customer address work?

    This is a third party plugin specific issue, and we don’t provide help & support for 3rd-party plugins or themes as they’re outside our support scope. It would be best to reach out to the plugin developers you used to build your site for further assistance.
