Edit plugin

Hello. I need to edit rows in plugin, but so that when updated everything remains as it is. This can be done in the template. What should be the path in my template to edit the plugin?

For example, Woocommerce. In the template you can create a folder “woocommerce” and in it prescribe files that will replace the plugin files.
