edit plugin ( to fix a visual-text issue )

where in plugin editor can i find this code :

because, when i switch between visual & text, the page loads something and it takes me to the homepage (i use a 404 redirect to homepage ).

i only want to add an hef="#" to it so the paage won’t load.
