Edit share text

Hi.
Is there a way to add something to the text going into the share APIs.

• Lets say I share a post then it will have this text in the share window

  "Name of the post"
  http://example.com/name-of-the-post/

• But I would like to add a hashtag before all of that

  #mypage "Name of the post"
  http://example.com/name-of-the-post/

Is there a hook or something that I can call to add my own text.
