Edit Shortcode Output?

I want to create custom side-by-side pricing tables using the shortcodes, but every time I use a shortcode it generates the shortcode label as well instead of just the value.

For example, if my membership price is $100 and I use the pricing shortcode, it prints out Membership price: USD 100 instead of just 100 or USD 100.

Is there a way to modify the output of the shortcode so that it only prints out the values?
