Edit snippet in Multisite

    Please help me.
    Previously, everything was fine, now I noticed a problem.
    I have a multisite and 3 snippets, in the network menu I can turn it on and off, but I can’t make a clone. Writes that everything is OK, but the clone does not appear.
    It is also not possible to change the snippet, after saving the changes made to the snippet disappear. Also, I can’t create a new snippet, it gives an error.
    Help please.

    I was only able to change the contents of the snippet through the database( In the table: wp_ms_snippets
