Hello, it is possible to edit the following status: Closed, On Hold, In Progress, Pending Close? I dont see where can I edit it.

Hi:

Unfortunately you can’t edit those statuses directly. But you can use WordPress translation files to change them.

Hi:

Unfortunately we do not have any plans to introduce a UI to allow you to edit those labels. BUT, you can create additional labels with one of our add-ons: https://getawesomesupport.com/addons/custom-status/

Maybe that will help?
