Which button do you mean exactly? Some more information about it would be interesting, e.g. in which PageBuilder you see it. Is it possibly Gutenberg? And what is the name of the text in the original?
ok i build a form which user submit a campaign,there is button which says upload image,from that it used wp default image picker,
I continue to be confused. Do you mean a form in the frontend where your visitors can upload files? A link would be useful.

Under no circumstances in these, amazingly copied to many places on the Internet many times, forums should you ask anyone or post any login credentials ever.
Do not repeat that and yes, your site is probably hacked. You posted that for 4 hours.
Seek help here in the forums and do not ask anyone to login or contact you off of the forums. Anyone doing that risks getting banned from this site as that is extremely unsafe.
