Edit the “Write a reply” section

    Hello,
    I’d like to edit the section “Write a Reply – The ticket has been closed. If you feel that your issue has not been solved yet or something new came up in relation to this ticket, you can re-open it by clicking this link.”.
    I’d like to add a totally different layout, with two buttons (one to re-open the ticket, and one to call our customer support and escalate the ticket to the call center).
    What file do I have to edit?
