Hi there,
Thank you so much for getting in touch, and our sincere apologies for the trouble you are having.
Could I ask you to please navigate to the map editor -> Open your JavaScript console (Chrome: F12 -> Console) -> And proceed to press the edit button.
Please let me know if you are seeing any specific errors in the console?
I look forward to hearing back from you.
Not to threadjack, but ‘Edit This Marker’ does not work for me, either.
This is what I see in the console:
JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1 load-scripts.php?c=1&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,moxiejs,plupload&ver=72c9b574caa920eacdb69cdef1537f2f:9

Thank you for any assistance with this!
Hi @viensia,
My sincere apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
Could I you to confirm that you did press the ‘Edit This Marker’ button before sending through the console information?
If not, may I ask that you repeat the steps, pressing the edit link first and then sending the console log information through to me?
Although this thread has been marked Resolved, I do not see any resolution. I too am not getting any joy out of ‘Edit This Marker’. My console log says:
[Violation] Forced reflow while executing JavaScript took 46ms
I’m going to have to move on to the next plugin I guess.
I went on to use ‘Basic Google Maps Placemarks’
It works really well.
I get users of my boating website to enter the Lat and Long of where their boat is moored and I use it to generate a placemark on GoogleMaps.
The placemaps are world wide.
Cheers
Thanks very much supernova42! I was unable to get Basic Google Maps Placemarks working, maybe something to do with having too many API users.
With respect to the original problem, I found that Edit This Marker WAS working in WP Google Maps. It just displays the selected marker in the section above and you can edit it there. This plugin has a feature where it scrapes the page of other API calls in order to avoid conflicts, and I found that it does work well. I even bought the Pro upgrade, to fill in my markers with more info.
