Edit topic attachment missing

    When I am going to edit topic the attachment with the topic is not showing so every when I tried to add new attachment it will added with previous attachment.
    Ex:- topic created with 2 attachment and when i am editing it the attached attachment is not showing in edit screen and when i added 1 attachment in edit screen it is going to total three attachment.
    I already check one topic like this named:- [Plugin: GD bbPress Attachments] How to delete an attachment when editing topic/reply?

    Please help me i want edit my topic attachment

    The topic edit screen doesn’t have options to delete the attachment. Attachments can be deleted from the normal topic view, there are options to delete/detach (detach – leave the file in the Media Library, but no longer associated with topic) for each attachment.
