Edit User Submitted Post Info

Is it possible for me(Admin) to edit the “User Submitted Post Info” box when editing a post? This box contains the users Name, URL, Email and IP. If a user enters the wrong url and contact me to change it, theres no way i can change it for them. Do they have to submit a new post instead?
