Edit with elementor button not showing
-
I’ve recently installed a plugin called “Redirection” and then my “edit with elementor” button disappeared. I’ve deactivated Redirection and eliminated it and I’ve also tried to reinstall elementor but my problem persists. What can I do?
Thanks in advance for your answer

Hi,
Could you please send me your site’s URL?Hi,
here is the link: https://sharingnotes.altervista.org/Hi,
To troubleshoot the issue try this guideline:
Make sure you are using the most updated versions of Elementor, WordPress & your theme. Sometimes it isn’t apparent that there is an update available. Go to Dashboard > Updates and click the Check Again button to be sure. (Make sure to back up your site).
Clear all cache: your browser’s cache, other plugins’ cache, server cache (if possible).
If the issue persists, deactivate all plugins apart from Elementor. If this helps, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.
If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Sixteen and see if it makes any difference.
From your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Elementor > Settings > Experiments. Change all of the experiments to Inactive. Click Save Changes.
I hope this helps 🙂

Elementor Team.
Thanks for your suggestions. I’ve tried all of them but the problem persists. Both plugins, theme and wordpress are up to date. I’ve tried deactivating all the plugins except for elementor but the edit button still doesn’t show. I’ve cleared all the caches and deactivated all the experiments. I’ve also tried installing the Elementor Hello theme but it doesn’t work anyway.

Please send me a screenshot of the JavaScript console while replicating the issue.
Hi,
first of all thanks for your availability.
These are the screenshots of the JavaScript console when I open the WordPress default post.php edit page (where my “edit with Elementor” button was supposed to be).https://ibb.co/m8Jys6V

Hi,
Seems like your Gutenberg block is corrupted. Try to renew some older revisions and you may also make some small changes in your post and update the page.
It might help in this case.Usually, it happens when there was some change in the Guttenberg blocks and the WordPress cannot validate them since they are expecting the p tag and blocks are still sending the deprecated div.
Here is a link to WordPress/Guttenberg GitHub explaining this further:
