“Edit with Elementor” won’t open

    Hello,

    I have tried editing my footer but it is inaccessible, this message being shown : “Sorry, the content area was not found in your page. You must call the_content function in the current template, in order for Elementor to work on this page.”

    I have cleared all caches, tried with different browsers but no.

    I’ve got the latest version of Elementor and Elementor Pro installed.

    Hello @stivnenight,

    Which theme/child theme are you using?
    Can you disable all plugins except Elementor and Header Footer Elementor and switch to Astra as a parent theme and see if the problem still exists?
