    Previously using the Woocommerce Braintree plugin, I was able to edit authorized orders. Can’t seem to do that with this plugin (just apply coupons, add items, add fees).

    I like the ability to edit orders because often customers make mistakes or special requests in their notes.

    Sometimes I price match or take off shipping, etc..

    @chadwickhugh,

    I believe that’s a result of the order status rather than the plugin. For example, an authorized order with a status of on hold can be edited. If you have the status set to processing or complete then you can’t edit items. That’s a WC restriction.

    Ah, guessing my custom order status isn’t allowing it. Guess I should go back to on hold as the status.
