Editing capabilities?

Hi there,

I have a few contributors to my blog, and I don’t quite want to give them Author priveleges (I’d like to check all the posts etc before they go up), but I would like them to have the freedom to upload images etc. I tried searching for plugins to let me manage capabilities, but I couldn’t find one. Can someone point me in the right direction?
