Editing Comment fields/removing “Comments Disabled”…

Hey all…
Working with Marketplace 3col…

I have several pages on the site that I need to remove the Comments entirely. When I disabled them, it leaves a “Comments are closed.”

How do I remove that?

Also…how can I change what fields the comments require? I have no need for “Website,” for example. Where can I find the file to edit this?
