Editing Excel

Hello,
I am wanting to embed one of my existing excel documents with formulas, so that clients can edit the cells and get results. I don’t want them to be able to download or save the document because I don’t want them to use it without authorization. Are there any plugins that do this? Thanks in advance, Cody
