Hi @crabshell
Which version are you using? I think a similar issue was seen in version 2.9.0 but was fixed in 2.9.2. If you are using a later version than that, please describe the problem in a bit more detail since I am having a hard time understanding your issue. Also please let me know which browsers you are using.
Hi There. I’m using version 2.10.0 in Chrome and Firefox for Windows. Within the plugin interface, the banner preview covers the input field (Simple Banner Text field). I can work around it on a desktop but on a laptop it’s impossible to see the input field — it scrolls underneath the banner preview. I think this instance is unique because the banner height is 900px, taking up an entire screen of a laptop.
A work around is to view source and remove the banner preview div, but the end user is not sophisticated enough to do that.
It would help to be able to toggle the preview off and on. I don’t see a way to send a screen shot.

Hi @crabshell
You’re use case is much different than what the plugin was designed for. A banner that is 900px in height really doesn’t classify as a banner anymore. In fact, I would probably recommend you use a different plugin or try to put that element on your site with your theme site builder. However, I do think the ability to hide or show the preview banner is a good capability to have. I will consider adding it to a future update.
