Editing footer items

Hi there,

First off I’d like to say this is a wonderful theme – thank you for all the hard work you put into creating it!

That said, I’d like to ask:

Is there a way to change the left footer items (telephone/address)?

I only have an email address for contact, so would either need to change the telephone to an email field OR remove the contact area and replace it with a widget that contains something else.
