In case you need to change the top image in the Home page, open this page from your back-end > on the right there should be the “Document” block > open the “Featured Image” section > click the “Replace Image” button > change the image to the needed one.
In case you need to edit the header above the top image, it can be done via your dashboard > Appearance > Customize > select the needed section (Site Identity, for example) and make your changes.
